Cooking Instructions

Thaw sealed bag. Do not open the bag!

  1. To thaw, place the sealed bag(s) on a tray in a single layer. Then place the tray into the refrigerator (36-40F°). The product takes approximately 19-20 hours to thaw. Proceed to the next step once the product has thawed.  

  2. Fill a pot with enough water to submerge one of the boil bags of steak.

  3. Bring the water to a rolling boil (212 F°)

  4. Place the bag into the pot of boiling water. 

  5. Leave the bag in the boiling water until it achieves a minimum internal temperature of 155 F°

  6.  for:

    1. Medium Well: This takes 15.25 minutes to achieve 155 F° internal Temperature

    2. Well Done: This takes 15.75 minutes to achieve 160 F° internal Temperature

  7. Remove the bag from the pot of water and cut the bag open and let it rest for at least 3 minutes.

  8. Plate for serving
